Templates
Templates is where you start from a working app instead of an empty project. Pick a template and the console creates a new project, deploys the app into its production environment, and gives you its URL.
Open it from Templates in the sidebar, from New → Template…, or with G then Q.
What's there today
A starter for each common language and framework: React, Node.js, Django, Flask, Go, Java, PHP, Laravel, Ruby, Vue and Phoenix. Each one is a small app that answers on its URL, ready for you to build on.
Deploy a template
- Open Templates and choose a template to see what it deploys.
- Click Deploy.
- The console creates a project named after the template, deploys the app on a Flex spherelet, and shows each step as it happens.
- When it's live, open the app at its default URL, or go to the service to change its size, variables or domain.
If a deploy fails
The console says what failed and keeps the project it created, so you can see what went wrong in its deploy logs. Retry in this project deploys again into the same project; it never creates a second one. Delete the project from Projects if you don't need it.

What's next
- Create a new project: start from an empty project instead.
- Add a service: deploy your own repository or image.
